Returns & Guarantees
Returns
Beacon Gardens has different return policies depending on the type of item purchased:
Trees & Shrubs (Nursery Department): Unplanted and well-maintained trees and shrubs may be returned for a full refund within 7 days of purchase. Please note: we do not accept returns on Christmas trees, holiday merchandise, or nursery stock purchased in November or December.
Perennials, Roses & Ground Covers (Plant Department): Returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase for plants that are unplanted, in good condition, and in their original pots.
Houseplants (Greenhouse Department): Healthy houseplants in original containers may be returned within 7 days for a full refund. These items are also covered by our 30-day guarantee with original receipt.
Hardgoods: Returnable within 30 days of purchase with a store receipt. Items with manufacturer warranties are subject to those terms.
Not Eligible for Return: We do not accept returns on annuals, sod, delivery fees, or holiday merchandise.
Guarantees
Beacon Gardens offers a limited guarantee on select plant materials, provided they are properly cared for, watered, and planted using the recommended soil amendments. Guarantee terms vary by product category:
Trees & Shrubs (Nursery Department): 100% guarantee valid for 30 days from the original purchase date. Please note: we do not guarantee winter survival or nursery stock purchased in November and December, including Christmas trees.
Perennials, Roses, Houseplants & Ground Covers: These items are covered by a 100% guarantee for 30 days with the original receipt. Winter survival is not included.
Annuals and Sod: These items are not covered by our guarantee policy.
Hardgoods: Hardgoods are not guaranteed by Beacon Gardens. Coverage is provided through manufacturer warranties. We will assist with replacement or refund requests based on those terms.
