Customer Service Representative

Job Summary: We are seeking a friendly and professional Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a courteous demeanor, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner
  • Provide general information to callers and address basic inquiries
  • Take and relay messages accurately and promptly
  • Manage and update call logs and records as needed
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and transferring calls to the appropriate personnel
  • Handle customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary
  • Identify and qualify potential leads to support the sales department
  • Assist with project planning and coordination when needed
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Perform light administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and email correspondence

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred
  • Strong verbal communication and listening skills
  • Professional and friendly phone etiquette
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Slides, Calendar) or Microsoft Outlook is a plus
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
