Customer Service Representative
Job Summary: We are seeking a friendly and professional Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a courteous demeanor, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Provide general information to callers and address basic inquiries
- Take and relay messages accurately and promptly
- Manage and update call logs and records as needed
- Assist with scheduling appointments and transferring calls to the appropriate personnel
- Handle customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary
- Identify and qualify potential leads to support the sales department
- Assist with project planning and coordination when needed
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Perform light administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and email correspondence
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred
- Strong verbal communication and listening skills
- Professional and friendly phone etiquette
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Slides, Calendar) or Microsoft Outlook is a plus
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
