Yellow Ribbon Arborvitae is a slow-growing semi-dwarf evergreen shrub with an upright pyramidal habit and flat sprays of scale-like foliage that emerges yellow-orange and matures to medium green.  Best grown full sun and well-drained soils.  Drought tolerant once established.
