Dwarf Maiden Grass is a small warm season grass with dense fountain like habit that stays upright even in winter. The long arching leaves and stems emerge soft green in spring and turns shades of yellow or orange in fall before fading to a beige-tan for winter. Its long feathery plumes bloom creamy white with a pink or red tinge in summer and gradually turn light beige mid-fall. Dwarf Maiden Grass is disease-free and drought-tolerant.
