Queen of the Prairie is a tall native herbaceous perennial with sturdy upright stems and large aromatic pinnate foliage.  Airy clusters of fragrant pink flowers bloom in early to mid summer.  Blooms best with afternoon shade in the South and fertile consistently moist well-drained soil.
