The Burgundy Hearts® Redbud is a small to medium-sized tree that typically reaches a height of 15 to 20 feet. It features heart-shaped leaves that emerge as a deep burgundy color in spring, gradually transitioning to a rich green as the season progresses, and turns yellow for fall. In early spring, before the leaves appear, the tree is adorned with clusters of small, rosy-pink flowers that cover the branches, creating a breathtaking display.

This Redbud variety thrives in well-drained soil and prefers full sun to partial shade. It is relatively low-maintenance and adapts well to various soil types. The Burgundy Hearts® Redbud is also known for its excellent resistance to pests and diseases.
