Globe Blue Spruce is a low, slow-growing native conifer shrub with a flat-topped mounded form.  Its short blue-green needles emerge with a silvery tint and brighten in summer.  Prefers full sun and rich, moist well-drained acidic soils.

MAINTENANCE NEEDS:  Low maintenance plant. Susceptible to needle cast, rust, and cytospora canker.  Watch for aphids, scale, bagworms and budworms.  Spider mites infestations can severally damage new growth.
