Scarlet Fire® Dogwood! Scarlet Fire® is a trademarked cultivar of the Cornus florida, or Flowering Dogwood, species. It is known for its vibrant and eye-catching red flowers that bloom in the spring. The flowers are larger than those of the typical Flowering Dogwood and create a striking display against the tree's dark green foliage. The Scarlet Fire® Dogwood is a small to medium-sized deciduous tree that is often used as an ornamental tree in landscapes and gardens. It prefers partial shade and well-drained soil.
