Tater Tot® Arborvitae

Thuja occidentalis 'SMNTOBAB'

Tater Tot Arborvitae is a dwarf evergreen shrub with a dense, global habit and tidy flat splays of small aromatic fern-like foliage.  Best grown full sun and well-drained soils.  Drought tolerant once established. 

MAINTENANCE NEEDS: Low Maintenance.  No pruning necessary.  Leaf blight and leaf miners may be occasional problems.  Watch for canker.  
LANDSCAPE USES:  Accents or Group Plantings, Borders, Naturalized Areas, Woodland Gardens, Rock Gardens, Ponds and Streams, Foundation Plantings, and Hedges.

COMPANION PLANTS: Rose, Spirea, Barberry
