Pink Elf Hydrangea is a dwarf deciduous shrub that blooms on old wood. Its serrated dark green leaves have no fall color. The color of the small rounded panicles of mophead flowers is a rich rose pink regardless of the ph of the soil and bloom in summer. The flowers attract pollinators. Best bloom in partial sun and rich, moist well-drained soils.
