Willowleaf Cotoneaster is a fast-growing semi-evergreen shrub with a spreading habit. The dense branching is covered with dark shiny willow-like leaves that earn a purple-red tinge once the weather cools.  Willowleaf Cotoneaster has white flowers that bloom in late spring, which then give way to showy red berries.  Prefers full sun and moist, well-drained soil.
