Cityline Vienna Hydrangea is a dwarf hardy deciduous shrub with a tidy habit of upright stems and leathery disease resistant leaves. The large mophead panicle flowers' color depends on the PH of the soil- in acidic soils the flowers will be vivid pink while alkaline flowers will be blue- and bloom throughout summer. Best bloom in partial sun and rich, moist well-drained soils.
