Panther Ninebark is a compact native deciduous shrub with an upright habit and near black foliage. Sparse but dense clusters of pale pink flower clusters bloom from late spring into summer. Drooping clusters of attractive seed capsules follow the flowers. Grows best with afternoon shade in the South and dry to medium well-drained soil.
