Rhythmic Blue Hydrangea macrophylla is a compact reblooming deciduous shrub with a rounded habit and dark green leaves. The mophead flower clusters have an extended bloom from midsummer into fall with a rich color that depends on the soil PH - acidic soils produce blue while alkaline soils produce pink.  The flowers attract pollinators. Best bloom in partial sun and rich, moist well-drained soils. The Lets Dance series has an early rebloom, improved hardiness, and tightly compact habit.
