Lemon Drop Swamp Azalea is a loosely upright native deciduous shrub with simple blue green leaves that turn red in fall. The peach tipped buds open to soft pastel yellow flowers with a subtle lemon fragrance that bloom in early summer. Deadheading spent flowers can extend the bloom season. Best grown in part sun and rich, moist to wet well-drained acidic soils.
Note: All parts are highly toxic if ingested. Also sold as 'Weston's Lemon Drop'
